What changes require ACC approval?  Any change to the outside of the home or property require approval.

What is the approval process?  

Please submit your application using the ARC feature on Town Sq. It must be completed and submitted with any additional documents or information necessary to complete the review.  In most cases a copy of the plat should be submitted and show the desired placement and dimensions of the project.  

How long does the ACC review take?  The Declaration allows the reviewer 60 days to complete a review.  If no determination is made within 60 days then the project is assumed to be rejected.

When is trash pickup? The trash is serviced every Wednesday and recycle every other Wednesday. Information pertaining to the trash pick up can be found on the City of Cedar Park Utility website.
